Terms of Service IT Services

Engagement with Cabbalistic Technologies constitutes an agreement to these terms. We provide software development, digital engineering, and creative services as defined in individual project SOWs (Statements of Work). Our responsibility is to deliver technical excellence within the agreed frameworks.

Unless otherwise stipulated in a specific contract, all unique code, designs, and intellectual assets developed specifically for a client become the property of the client upon final payment. Cabbalistic Technologies retains the rights to proprietary frameworks and logic used to build said assets.

Our infrastructure must not be used for any illegal, malicious, or disruptive activities. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if any breach of security protocol or ethical standards is detected.
