To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your booking details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and may take longer depending on your payment method.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation within 24 hours: If you need to cancel your booking within 24 hours of making it, you will receive a full refund of your booking amount.

Cancellation after 24 hours: If you need to cancel your booking after 24 hours of making it, you will receive a partial refund based on the following conditions:

If you cancel between 24-48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, you will receive a 50% refund.
